Disconnecting an integration
Westpoint Portal connects to several services on your behalf — QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Bigin by Zoho, Dropbox, and your Cloudflare R2 archive. You can disconnect any of them at any time from Settings, and when you do we stop syncing and revoke our authorization tokens at the provider’s side.
What this means
- No further data will be pulled from the disconnected account.
- Existing synchronized data remains in the Westpoint database for historical analytics. You can request its deletion by contacting info@westpoint-inspections.com.
- Scheduled-sync jobs skip the disconnected account.
QuickBooks Online
If you disconnected QuickBooks specifically (including from inside Intuit), the same applies — we have stopped syncing and revoked our tokens at Intuit’s side.
To reconnect
Sign in to the Westpoint Portal, go to Settings, and click Connect next to the service you want to restore.
