Terms of Service

1. Overview

This portal (the “Service”) is an internal operational and analytics tool operated by Westpoint Inspections (“Westpoint”, “we”, “us”), a home-inspection company registered in the Cayman Islands. Access to the Service is restricted to designated owners and staff of Westpoint and is not offered to the general public.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

3. Authorized Use

Use of the Service is limited to authorized Westpoint personnel for legitimate business purposes, including viewing operational data, consolidating records from connected third-party systems (such as QuickBooks Online, Google Calendar, Bigin CRM, Dropbox, and HomeGauge), and generating internal reports.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party systems on your authorization. When you connect such a system, the Service obtains tokens scoped to the access you grant and uses them solely to read, store, and display data from those systems on your behalf. We do not transmit data to any third party outside of the source-of-record platforms you have authorized.

5. Data Ownership

All business data accessed by, displayed in, or stored by the Service remains the property of Westpoint Inspections. We do not claim any ownership interest in your data.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials used to sign in to the Service and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify Westpoint immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Modifications

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Westpoint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Westpoint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
